I am no-perfect.

Today, how quickly can one conclude “perfect”?
Write a linear good phrase and you become a perfect author.
Utter a few inspiring statements and you become a perfect philosopher.
Do a little good and you become a perfect philanthropist.
Do a little bad and yes, you are now a perfect devil.
So small a parameter and so narrow a thinking that now
People issue perfect judgement just by a glimpse of your gait.

How can you expect a man to be perfect in an imperfect world?
Why not look human as rounded personality,
And not flawless beings, but still capable of admiration?
Perfection is a perfect illusion. Let’s try understand.
A perfect peace means a 'perfect war'.
A perfect politician and you have a 'lost election'.
A perfect truth and you have a 'broken relationship'.
A perfect being and you are crucified.
A perfect patriot and you are hanged.
A perfect history and no longer will you like Gandhi-Nehru.

Imperfection has always outlived perfection.
Imperfection is what makes this world go round.
You need to be skeptical; cynical anyhow.
I per se aint perfect. I understand the value of
Money but I seldom do away with a friend’s call
Asking me to show up for a game of tin-patti.
I respect my parents but I am likely to lie them
When it comes to a hukkah-hubba-hubba.
Unlike rest, I do confess to them later, but
That’s only a small lie (mummy, I had two puffs of
Hukkah today) to provide a cover to a perfect truth
( dad, I had a kick after twelve puffs of hukkah).

A pre-requisite for a better life is that we adopt
Ourselves to imperfection and get used to it.
People have weaknesses that they then overcome or
Perhaps don’t but certainly deal with, for betterment.
I am no-perfect. Nor want to.

P.S- Lately,  I got myself a pair of shoes which
I believe are good. While few complimented,
“perfect”,  others contemptuously commented,
“chiiii”. Thanks to the former, latter need to
Refine their tastes.
